Cheesy Spinach Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
02 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
03 - 6 ounces spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
05 - 2/3 cup (76g) parmesan cheese, shredded.
06 - 1 garlic clove, finely chopped.
07 - 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped.
08 - Pepper for seasoning.
09 - 1/2 cup (56g) mozzarella cheese, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease a small 1-quart dish.
02 - Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, mayo, shredded cheeses, and pepper in a bowl.
03 - Stir the spinach and chopped artichoke hearts into the mix until it's all combined.
04 - Evenly spread the mixture in the prepared dish, then bake for roughly 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
05 - Enjoy warm with chips, crackers, or pieces of bread.

01 - Great to prepare ahead of time by a day.
02 - Make sure the veggies are thoroughly drained.
