01 - 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
02 - 3 cups shredded, frozen hash browns
03 - 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuits
04 - 1 packet (2.75 ounces) sausage gravy powder
05 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 2 cups milk
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain off the extra grease.
03 - Lay the hash browns evenly in the baking dish. Put the cooked sausage on top of them.
04 - Combine milk and the gravy powder in a bowl, whisking it until smooth, then pour it over the sausage layer.
05 - Scatter the shredded cheddar over everything.
06 - Cut the biscuits into quarters, then spread them on top of the mixture.
