Cheesy Potato Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup sour cream
02 - 1 block cheddar cheese, sliced into sticks
03 - ¼ cup green onion, chopped
04 - 3 russet potatoes, boiled and diced
05 - ¼ cup cooked bacon bits

→ Coating

06 - 100g panko crumbs
07 - ⅓ cup cornstarch
08 - Egg to dip
09 - Salt, 1 teaspoon
10 - Flour for dusting
11 - ½ teaspoon ground pepper

→ Frying

12 - 1 liter of vegetable, peanut, or canola oil

# Instructions:

01 - Mash together potatoes, sour cream, green onions, bacon, salt, and pepper until mostly combined.
02 - Shape the potato mix into logs around strips of cheddar, fully covering the cheese.
03 - Roll in flour first, dip into egg, and finish with the mix of cornstarch and panko.
04 - Fry for about 3 minutes at 350°F until crispy and golden, or bake at 400°F for roughly 15 minutes.
