Cheesy Pepperoni Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon flour for dusting
02 - 1 pound store-bought pizza dough

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Filling & Serving

07 - ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan
08 - 1 cup marinara for dipping
09 - 16 ounces mozzarella, shredded
10 - 6 ounces of sliced pepperoni

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 400°F. Spread dough into a 12x20-inch sheet using a floured surface.
02 - Scatter pepperoni, seasonings, and both cheeses evenly over the dough.
03 - Roll up the dough tightly, working lengthwise. Pinch the ends together in a circle and set it in a greased bundt pan.
04 - Bake for about 20-25 minutes until it turns golden.
05 - Flip it over onto a baking sheet and pop it back in the oven for another 5 minutes until the top browns.
06 - Wait 5 minutes to cool slightly. Slice it up and serve with marinara.

03 - Shred cheese by hand instead of using pre-shredded for better melting
