Cheesy pasta casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 garlic cloves.
02 - 200 ml of fresh cream.
03 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
04 - 200 g of raclette cheese.
05 - A chopped onion.
06 - 300 g of ground beef.
07 - Fresh parsley to garnish.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - 400 g of elbow macaroni.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the macaroni in a pot of boiling salty water for 8-10 minutes. Drain it well.
02 - Saute the onion and garlic. Then, add the beef and cook it until browned.
03 - Mix the cooked pasta, browned meat, and cream in a large bowl.
04 - Spread the cheese on top and bake it in an oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
05 - Sprinkle some fresh parsley on top and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Cook the pasta until it's slightly firm for the best texture.
02 - Make sure the cheese is golden and bubbly for extra flavor.
