Cheesy One Pot Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 spoon black pepper.
02 - 1/2 spoon salt.
03 - 2 1/4 cups chicken broth.
04 - 1 spoon olive oil.
05 - 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes.
06 - 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces.
07 - 1/2 spoon onion powder.
08 - 1 spoon garlic powder.
09 - 1 can (15 oz) nacho cheese sauce.
10 - 1/2 spoon cumin.
11 - 1 1/2 cups white rice.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up some oil in a large pan with a tight lid.
02 - Keep cooking the chicken until it reaches 165°.
03 - Pour in the chicken broth, Rotel, and cheese sauce, then let it simmer.
04 - Slice the chicken into small chunks, about an inch each.
05 - Get rid of any extra liquid in the pan.
06 - Throw in the chicken alongside all the spices.
07 - Mix the rice into the pan.
08 - Pop the lid on and turn the heat to low.
09 - Let everything cook for about 20-25 minutes until the rice is nice and tender.
10 - Dish it out and top it off with avocado, sour cream, or diced tomatoes as you like.

# Notes:

01 - Craving heat? Use spicy Rotel or toss in some cayenne.
02 - You can switch out chicken for ground meat.
03 - For more bulk, just add beans.
