Cheesy Meatloaf Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups macaroni pasta.
02 - 1 tbsp onion powder.
03 - 4 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese combo.
04 - 30 crushed Ritz crackers.
05 - 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ sauce.
06 - 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup, condensed.
07 - 1 tsp black pepper.
08 - 2 eggs.
09 - 2 tbsp garlic powder.
10 - 2 lbs lean ground beef.
11 - 1 cup ketchup.
12 - 2 cups milk.
13 - 1 tsp salt.
14 - 2 oz Lipton dry onion soup mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Stir BBQ sauce and ketchup together in a dish.
02 - Throw beef, cracker crumbs, dry soup mix, eggs, and half of the sauce mix into a big bowl.
03 - Shape the meat mixture in a greased 9x13 dish, spreading leftover sauce over the top.
04 - Bake in the oven for half an hour.
05 - As the meatloaf bakes, boil the macaroni according to the package instructions.
06 - Blend milk with the condensed cheese soup until smooth, then toss in the seasonings.
07 - Add cooked pasta and 2 cups of shredded cheese to the milk mixture, stirring well.
08 - Pour the cheesy noodles over the nearly cooked meatloaf base.
09 - Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
10 - Bake for about 17-20 minutes until the cheese’s edges are golden and bubbly.
11 - Let it sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
