Cheesy Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 French loaf.
02 - 120g of softened salted butter.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese.
08 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
02 - Slice the loaf lengthwise into two halves. Put them on a baking sheet, cut-side up.
03 - Stir the softened butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder together. Spread this mix over the bread pieces.
04 - Sprinkle the mozzarella and Colby Jack cheeses evenly on top.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the butter melts and the cheese is gooey. Want it crispier? Broil it for 1-2 minutes.
06 - Throw some chopped fresh parsley on top right before digging in.
