Cheesy Garlic Bread Pesto (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 loaf of Italian or French bread

→ Spread

02 - 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter
03 - 3 minced garlic cloves
04 - 1/2 cup pesto made with basil

→ Toppings

05 - A handful of freshly chopped basil leaves
06 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
07 - A pinch of salt and some pepper
08 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up oven to 375°F and carefully cut the bread lengthwise in half.
02 - First, spread the butter mixed with garlic, then the pesto. Sprinkle on both cheeses over the top.
03 - Pop into the oven for 10-12 minutes till melty. Want it golden brown? Broil an extra minute or two.
04 - Slice it up! Add fresh basil and enjoy while warm.
