Set the oven to 200°C (about 400°F) and let it heat up.

Split the dough into 20 even pieces and roll them into balls.

Flatten a dough ball, pop a mozzarella cube in the middle, and seal it tightly.

Heat the butter until melted, stir in the minced garlic, and let it cook for a couple minutes. Add parsley before taking it off the heat.

Put the stuffed balls on a baking sheet, brush with the garlic butter, and sprinkle on parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and gooey inside.
