Cheesy Flaky Sausage Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs (10 biscuits each) of flaky rolls
02 - 1 pound ground sausage
03 - 2 cups of grated cheddar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Stir together the raw sausage and cheese until mixed evenly. Roll mixture into 40 equal-sized balls.
03 - Open the biscuit packages and tear each biscuit into two thin layers, giving you 40 layers total.
04 - Gently press each biscuit layer into the greased cups of a mini-muffin tin. Keep going until all cups are filled.
05 - Pop one sausage and cheese ball into each biscuit cup.
06 - Put the tray in the hot oven and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbling.
