Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.

Stir together the raw sausage and cheese until mixed evenly. Roll mixture into 40 equal-sized balls.

Open the biscuit packages and tear each biscuit into two thin layers, giving you 40 layers total.

Gently press each biscuit layer into the greased cups of a mini-muffin tin. Keep going until all cups are filled.

Pop one sausage and cheese ball into each biscuit cup.

Put the tray in the hot oven and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbling.
