Cheesy creamy pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 240ml heavy cream.
02 - 60g unsalted butter.
03 - 720ml whole milk.
04 - 450g elbow macaroni.
05 - 30g all-purpose flour.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
08 - 750g shredded sharp cheddar.
09 - 240g shredded mozzarella.
10 - 60g grated parmesan cheese.
11 - 240g panko breadcrumbs.
12 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
13 - 60g parmesan cheese for topping.
14 - 30g melted butter for breadcrumbs.
15 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the macaroni as directed on the package while preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Whisk together flour and butter to form a paste. Gradually stir in cream and milk, letting it thicken over heat.
03 - Off the stove, whisk in cheese and seasonings until smooth and creamy.
04 - Toss the cooked pasta with your cheesy sauce until evenly coated.
05 - Mix together melted butter, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and smoked paprika.
06 - Transfer everything into a baking dish, sprinkle the topping over, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Use a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) baking dish.
02 - Let it cool a bit before serving.
