Stir together cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, milk, and 1 1/2 cups of both cheddar and mozzarella until smooth and combined.

Lightly coat a 9x13 dish with grease, then spread a quarter of the cheese mix across the bottom. Add a layer of noodles, making sure they overlap.

Add another quarter of the cheese mix, followed by half the chicken. Repeat layers of noodles, cheese, and chicken. Finish with a final noodle layer and the remaining cheese mix.

Scatter the rest of the cheese on top, then cover the dish with foil.

Bake at 375°F with the foil on for 45 minutes. Then bake uncovered for 10 more minutes until bubbling. Let it sit for 8-10 minutes before serving.
