Buffalo Chicken Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces of lasagna noodles, cooked until just tender.
02 - 3 1/2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken.
03 - One packet of ranch seasoning mix.
04 - 24 ounces of softened cream cheese.
05 - 1 cup of buffalo or hot sauce, whichever you prefer.
06 - Half a cup of milk.
07 - 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
08 - 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, milk, and 1 1/2 cups of both cheddar and mozzarella until smooth and combined.
02 - Lightly coat a 9x13 dish with grease, then spread a quarter of the cheese mix across the bottom. Add a layer of noodles, making sure they overlap.
03 - Add another quarter of the cheese mix, followed by half the chicken. Repeat layers of noodles, cheese, and chicken. Finish with a final noodle layer and the remaining cheese mix.
04 - Scatter the rest of the cheese on top, then cover the dish with foil.
05 - Bake at 375°F with the foil on for 45 minutes. Then bake uncovered for 10 more minutes until bubbling. Let it sit for 8-10 minutes before serving.

01 - You can make it ahead of time and bake when ready.
02 - Try adding toppings like ranch, green onions, or blue cheese if you like.
