Cheesy Broccoli Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup crushed potato chips.
02 - 1/2 cup of milk.
03 - 4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces.
04 - 1 can (10.5 oz) of chicken soup with cream.
05 - 8 oz of Velveeta cheese, split into two portions.
06 - 1 medium chopped white onion.
07 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter, unsalted.
08 - 1 1/2 cups of instant white rice.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cook rice according to the directions on its packaging.
02 - In a skillet, melt the butter. Sauté broccoli and onion until the onion turns see-through.
03 - Mix the soup, milk, and half of the cheese together. Stir until the cheese is fully melted.
04 - Add the cooked rice to the sauce and pour it all into an 8x8 dish that’s been greased.
05 - Cover the mixture with the rest of the cheese and the crushed chips. Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
