Cheesy Sausage Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 1 lb of your favorite kind of breakfast sausage, ground up

→ Dairy

02 - 4 eggs, large-sized
03 - 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Dry Goods

04 - 1 cup of Bisquick mix or another baking mix

# Instructions:

01 - In a frying pan set to medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Get rid of any extra grease.
02 - Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C) and let it preheat.
03 - Grab a big mixing bowl and whisk together the Bisquick, grated cheddar, and eggs until smooth.
04 - Mix in the browned sausage until it’s spread out evenly in the batter.
05 - Coat the insides of 12 muffin cups with grease so they don’t stick.
06 - Scoop the mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
07 - Pop the tray in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and firm.
