Cheesy Beef Pocket Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 tortillas, 6 inches wide.
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted.
04 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa.
06 - 1 packet of taco seasoning mix.
07 - 1 pound of beef, cooked and crumbled.
08 - Optional extras: green onions, sour cream, or extra salsa.

# Instructions:

01 - Over medium heat, break up and cook the ground beef. Drain off the grease when it's done.
02 - Stir in the taco seasoning, following the package instructions completely.
03 - Whisk the cream cheese until smooth, then stir the salsa into the mix.
04 - Spoon the beef and cheese spread into the center of each tortilla. Add some shredded cheddar, then fold them up.
05 - Arrange them on a buttered baking sheet, brush the tops with melted butter, and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
06 - Top with extras like sour cream or chopped green onions, and enjoy while warm.
