Cheesy bacon bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 900g of frozen tater tots.
02 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 28g of dry ranch seasoning.
04 - 1 cup of sour cream.
05 - 450g of cooked, crumbled bacon.
06 - 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions or chives.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 218°C and bake the tater tots until they're golden and crisp.
02 - Sprinkle and toss the baked tater tots with the ranch seasoning mix.
03 - In a casserole dish, layer the tater tots, cheese, and bacon one on top of the other.
04 - Bake at 175°C for around 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
05 - Top it all off with sour cream and chopped onions before digging in.

01 - Best served while it's hot and crispy.
02 - Use a dish measuring 23x33 cm.
