07 - 8 oz cooked pasta
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 1 teaspoon powdered onion seasoning
10 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bacon in a pan until crunchy, then crumble. Brown the ground beef, drain the grease, and set it aside.
02 - Heat up heavy cream and milk on medium. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until warm, then mix in both cheeses until smooth and melted.
