Cheesy Corn Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese, chopped up.
02 - 2 cups shredded cheese, divided up.
03 - 1 pack ranch seasoning mix.
04 - 2 packs (12 oz each) frozen corn.
05 - 1 cup bacon crumbles or 4 strips of cooked bacon.
06 - 2 tablespoons butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350° and let it heat up.
02 - In a large pan, heat up the butter till it melts.
03 - Let the corn simmer for 5-7 minutes till tender.
04 - Stir in the cream cheese and let it melt completely.
05 - Toss in the ranch mix and bacon. Blend it well.
06 - After removing from heat, stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
07 - Transfer everything into a baking dish.
08 - Layer the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
09 - Pop it in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes till it's hot and bubbly.

01 - Works great as a dish to make ahead of time.
02 - Throw in some jalapeños if you like spice.
03 - Reheats really well for leftovers.
