Cheesecake-Filled Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookies

01 - Butter - 120 g
02 - White sugar - 100 g
03 - Brown sugar - 100 g
04 - Egg - 1 large
05 - Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
06 - Flour - 220 g
07 - Baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
08 - Baking powder - 1/4 tsp.
09 - Pinch of salt
10 - Dried strawberries - 50 g

→ Cheesecake Filling

11 - Cream cheese - 120 g
12 - Sugar - 2 tbsp.
13 - Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
14 - Strawberry jam - 60 ml

# Instructions:

01 - Whip up cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla and jam. Chill in the fridge to set.
02 - Cream the butter together with both the brown and white sugar. Add the egg and vanilla, and stir them in. Then, toss in the dry ingredients. Fold in dried strawberries. Let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
03 - Heat your oven to 180°C. Spread cookie dough into small discs, add cheesecake filling in the center, and wrap it up into balls.
04 - Pop them in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until they are golden brown.
05 - Let them cool down fully before digging in.
