Cheesecake Strawberry Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rich Filling

01 - Softened cream cheese, 8 oz
02 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
03 - 1/4 cup white sugar
04 - Heavy cream for whipping, 1 cup

→ Berry Layer

05 - 1 cup of diced fresh strawberries
06 - 2 tablespoons sugar crystals

→ Base & Wrap

07 - Crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies, 1 and 1/2 cups
08 - Melted unsalted butter, 1/4 cup
09 - 6 thin cake sheets or crepes
10 - Powdered sugar for sprinkling on top

# Instructions:

01 - Blend the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until it's silky and lump-free.
02 - Whip heavy cream in another bowl until it holds stiff peaks. Carefully fold it into the cheese mixture until you get a smooth blend.
03 - In a bowl, mix strawberries with sugar and let them rest for about 10 minutes so they release their juice.
04 - Combine the crushed cookies with melted butter and mix until they feel like damp sand when pinched.
05 - Spread cream, cookie crumbs, and juicy strawberries over each crepe. Roll them up tightly, like sushi, to form even cylinders.
06 - Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least an hour. Slice into 1-inch pieces, then sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Keep the rolls cold for easier and neater slicing.
02 - Either shortbread or graham crackers work for the crumb base.
