Cheesecake Bites Strawberry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack (8 oz) softened cream cheese.
02 - 1 (15.25 oz) box strawberry-flavored cake mix.
03 - 12 oz pink melted candy wafers.
04 - Optional: 4 oz white almond bark for a drizzle.

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave cake mix for 30 seconds at a time, stir between each. Repeat this step. Let it cool completely.
02 - Whip the cream cheese for 2-3 minutes until creamy. Add the cooled mix, blending again until smooth. Cover securely and refrigerate for 2 hours.
03 - Lay parchment on a baking tray. Scoop dough in tablespoonfuls. Form into balls, then arrange them on the tray. Chill overnight if needed.
04 - Heat candy wafers in bursts of 30 seconds, stirring each time. Dip each ball in melted candy and remove any extra coating gently. Put back on the tray.
05 - Melt the almond bark and drizzle over the coated bites. Chill until ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
02 - Freeze undipped balls for 2 months max.
03 - Bring to room temp before coating so the candy doesn’t crack.
04 - Try out with any flavor of cake mix!
