Cheesy Philly Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - A medium-sized green bell pepper, sliced
02 - One medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
03 - 115g of mushrooms, sliced thin

→ Condiments and Sauces

04 - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - A quarter cup of mayonnaise

→ Meat

07 - 450g of ribeye steak, sliced ultra-thin

→ Bread and Cheese

08 - 1 long loaf of French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
09 - 10-12 slices of provolone cheese

→ Oils and Fats

10 - 2 tablespoons of butter
11 - 1 tablespoon of canola oil

# Instructions:

01 - Start by preheating the oven to 200°C. Season the steak pieces with pepper and salt.
02 - Use a large cast iron skillet and heat it to medium-high. Sear the meat for about 2 minutes per side with canola oil. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, give it a good toss, and set aside.
03 - Using the same skillet, melt the butter and toss in the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Cook everything for about 2 minutes after adding salt and pepper.
04 - Spread the mayonnaise on the French bread, layer half the cheese across it, and top with the cooked steak and vegetables. Cover with the remaining cheese.
05 - Bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven, or until the bread turns golden brown.
