Easy Iced Chai Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Mix

01 - 2 black tea bags (Darjeeling or Assam)
02 - 2 cups of water

→ Flavorful Spices

03 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Extras

07 - 2 tablespoons of honey
08 - Ice cubes
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean
10 - 1 cup of milk (plant-based or regular)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring water to boil and toss in the tea bags and spices. Keep it simmering for about 5 minutes to draw out the flavors.
02 - Take the pot off the stove, then mix in honey and vanilla. Stir well until the honey’s blended. Remove the tea bags and any vanilla bean if used.
03 - Leave the mixture to cool to room temperature. Use an ice bath for a quicker chill.
04 - Froth the milk with a frother, or shake it hard in a sealed jar. You can also warm it lightly and whisk to froth.
05 - Pour the cooled tea base into a glass filled with ice until it’s two-thirds full. Add frothed milk on top. If you didn’t use a vanilla pod earlier, add vanilla extract now.

# Notes:

01 - Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
02 - Feel free to adjust the spice amounts to your liking.
