Caramel Walnut Tart (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet of shortcrust pastry.
02 - 250 g of walnut halves.
03 - 180 g of granulated sugar.
04 - 1 egg.
05 - 100 g of sour cream.
06 - Water.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and leave it to get hot.
02 - Press the pastry into a tart pan, poke holes with a fork, and bake it for 10 minutes without filling.
03 - Chop the walnuts, then mix them with 80 g of sugar and the egg. Spread this mixture over the pre-baked crust.
04 - In a pot, combine water and the remaining sugar to make caramel. Stir in the sour cream and keep whisking for a few minutes.
05 - Pour the caramel over the walnut filling. Chill before serving.
