Set your oven to 180°C and leave it to get hot.

Press the pastry into a tart pan, poke holes with a fork, and bake it for 10 minutes without filling.

Chop the walnuts, then mix them with 80 g of sugar and the egg. Spread this mixture over the pre-baked crust.

In a pot, combine water and the remaining sugar to make caramel. Stir in the sour cream and keep whisking for a few minutes.
