01 -
Set your oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
02 -
Grab a 9x13-inch pan and line it with parchment paper. Cover the bottom completely with graham cracker sheets, breaking them as needed to fit snugly.
03 -
Melt butter and brown sugar together over medium-high heat in a saucepan. Once melted, stir it nonstop and let it boil for about 3-4 minutes until the texture thickens to a caramel-like sauce.
04 -
Spread the caramel evenly over the graham crackers. Bake them for 6-8 minutes in the preheated oven.
05 -
Take the pan out of the oven. Sprinkle the chocolate pieces evenly on top, then scatter the mini marshmallows over everything.
06 -
Turn your oven to broil. Put the pan back in and keep a close eye as the marshmallows toast for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. They can burn quickly, so don’t walk away!
07 -
Let everything cool down completely until firm. Once set, slice into squares and enjoy.
