Caramel Cracker Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 small package (9 ounces) of oyster crackers
02 - 2 sticks (1 cup) of butter
03 - A cup of brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon of salt
05 - A half teaspoon of cinnamon
06 - Two teaspoons vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Lay parchment paper on a baking tray, then scatter the oyster crackers across it in an even layer.
02 - Melt the butter in a pan over heat. Toss in the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, stirring until it's all mixed. Afterward, bring it to a boil and let it cook for 2-3 minutes while it thickens.
03 - Drizzle the caramel mixture over the crackers so everything gets covered. Sprinkle salt on top.
04 - Pop it in the oven for 7-9 minutes. Keep a close eye so it doesn't burn!
05 - Let the crackers cool down entirely. Break them into small clusters and keep them in a sealed container.
