Turn your oven on to 350°F. Lay parchment paper on a baking tray, then scatter the oyster crackers across it in an even layer.

Melt the butter in a pan over heat. Toss in the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, stirring until it's all mixed. Afterward, bring it to a boil and let it cook for 2-3 minutes while it thickens.

Drizzle the caramel mixture over the crackers so everything gets covered. Sprinkle salt on top.

Pop it in the oven for 7-9 minutes. Keep a close eye so it doesn't burn!

Let the crackers cool down entirely. Break them into small clusters and keep them in a sealed container.
