Caramel apple tiramisu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Tiramisu Cream

01 - 3 eggs
02 - 60g of sugar
03 - 250g of mascarpone cheese

→ For the Apples

04 - 2-3 apples
05 - 2 tablespoons of sugar
06 - 30g of butter

→ For Assembly

07 - A pack of ladyfinger biscuits
08 - 200g of salted caramel sauce
09 - Powdered cinnamon (optional)
10 - 200ml of milk

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the apples into small cubes, then cook them in a pan with butter and sugar until they turn golden and sticky. Set aside to cool down.
02 - Take a bowl and stir the salted caramel sauce into some warm milk until it blends into a smooth syrup.
03 - Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they turn light and fluffy. Stir in the mascarpone cheese. Whip up the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then carefully fold them into the mixture.
04 - In glasses or small jars, layer the following: soaked ladyfingers, caramelized apples, and mascarpone cream. Finish with a top layer of mascarpone cream.
