Beef and Cabbage Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef, 80% lean
02 - One fresh lime (use zest and juice)
03 - Half a teaspoon of red chili flakes
04 - Two cloves of garlic, minced
05 - Three cups of shredded red cabbage
06 - Eight corn or flour tortillas
07 - Ripe avocado slices for topping
08 - Sour cream for topping
09 - Pickled jalapeno slices for topping
10 - Add salt as you like
11 - Extra lime slices for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the ground beef with garlic, red chili flakes, lime zest, lime juice, and some salt in a bowl.
02 - In a hot skillet, cook the beef mixture. Stir every so often and keep cooking until browned, about 7 minutes.
03 - Toss the red cabbage into the beef. Sprinkle with salt and cook for 2-4 minutes, or until soft.
04 - Quickly toast tortillas until they're warmed up.
05 - Spoon the beef and cabbage mixture onto tortillas. Top with avocado, jalapenos, sour cream, and anything else you like.

01 - Pick either flour or corn for tortillas.
02 - Takes just 20 minutes to finish.
03 - Switch out toppings to make it your own.
