Lobster with Scallops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 lb sea scallops, thoroughly dried.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
04 - Salt and pepper for seasoning.
05 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
06 - Parsley, freshly chopped, for topping.
07 - 2 lobster tails.
08 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
09 - 1/4 cup butter, melted.
10 - 1 spoonful fresh lemon juice.
11 - A sprinkle of paprika.
12 - Parsley and lemon wedges for serving.
13 - A dash of salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure scallops are dry using paper towels. Set aside after seasoning with salt and pepper.
02 - Using scissors, slice through the shell. Lift the meat but leave the base attached so the meat rests neatly on top.
03 - Combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir it up and brush onto the lobster meat generously.
04 - Set the broiler and cook lobster tails for 8-10 minutes. Brush more garlic butter on them halfway through.
05 - Heat olive oil in a hot pan. Cook scallops for about 2-3 minutes on each side without disturbing them, then remove.
06 - In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Coat scallops by tossing them gently in the butter.
07 - Top with parsley and add lemon wedges on the side. Serve right away for best flavor.

# Notes:

05 - Delivers the same quality taste as restaurant dishes.
06 - Don't move your scallops in the pan until ready.
