Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and flaky. Keep them warm.

Lower the heat to medium-low. Melt the butter, stirring as it melts. Pour in the lemon juice and mix in the garlic powder. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes until it thickens a bit.
