07 - 120 g salted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Use paper towels to dry the fillets, then sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and flaky. Keep them warm.
03 - Lower the heat to medium-low. Melt the butter, stirring as it melts. Pour in the lemon juice and mix in the garlic powder. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes until it thickens a bit.
04 - Pour some sauce onto a plate, place the cooked fish on top, and drizzle the remaining sauce over it. Serve right away.
