Set your oven to 220°C and let it heat up. Grab a baking dish and keep it aside for later.

Stir together half of the melted butter with the white wine in a big bowl. Pour this mix into the dish, then bake for 10 minutes.

Combine the rest of the butter with garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp in this blend until they’re well coated.

Take the dish out of the oven, then lay the seasoned shrimp over the baked sauce.

Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Sprinkle this mixture generously over the shrimp.

Pop the dish back in the oven for 12 minutes. Want it crunchier? Turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes at the end.
