Buttery Lemon Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp.
02 - 3/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth.
03 - 5 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter.
04 - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
05 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil.
08 - 3/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs.
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 220°C and let it heat up. Grab a baking dish and keep it aside for later.
02 - Stir together half of the melted butter with the white wine in a big bowl. Pour this mix into the dish, then bake for 10 minutes.
03 - Combine the rest of the butter with garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp in this blend until they’re well coated.
04 - Take the dish out of the oven, then lay the seasoned shrimp over the baked sauce.
05 - Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Sprinkle this mixture generously over the shrimp.
06 - Pop the dish back in the oven for 12 minutes. Want it crunchier? Turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes at the end.
