Turn the oven on to 350°F. Grab parchment paper and line two baking trays.

With a mixer, blend the cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Add the cake mix and stir until thick dough develops. Toss in sprinkles and gently combine.

Let dough sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so it’s easier to handle.

Shape dough into balls about 1½ inches wide, roll them in powdered sugar, and space them 2 inches apart on the trays.

Bake for roughly 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers stay soft. Let them cool on the tray before transferring to a rack.
