Savory Butternut Crumble (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 600g of butternut squash cut into pieces.
02 - 1-2 chicken bouillon cubes.
03 - 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese.
04 - 100g of diced bacon pieces.
05 - 1 finely chopped onion.
06 - 60g of grated parmesan cheese.
07 - 30g of almond flour.
08 - 30g of all-purpose flour.
09 - 30g of crumbled stale bread.
10 - 60g of softened butter.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the butternut squash cubes in the broth for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and blend with ricotta cheese. Add salt and pepper to season.
02 - Cook the chopped onion and bacon bits together until they turn golden brown. Add pepper.
03 - Combine grated parmesan, almond flour, all-purpose flour, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Using your fingers, work in the butter until the mix gets a crumbly texture.
04 - In a dish, spread the squash mash evenly, then layer on the onion and bacon mixture. Finish with the crumble topping. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until the top is golden.
