Shape your beef and sausage into meatballs. Preheat a cast iron skillet on high heat, smash them into burger shapes, cook each side for a minute, then melt some mozzarella on top.

Stack it up like this: bottom half of bun, a beef patty, some lasagna and ricotta, sausage patty, another lasagna with ricotta, another beef patty, one more lasagna with ricotta, and finally the top bun.
