Brie Cranberry Pastry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 8-ounce tube of crescent rolls.
02 - 1 8-ounce round of brie cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce with whole berries.
04 - 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans.
05 - 6 rosemary sprigs, cut into 1-inch sections.
06 - Non-stick spray.
07 - A bit of flour for sprinkling the surface.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat the mini muffin pan with spray. Dust your counter with flour.
02 - Flatten the crescent roll dough and seal the perforations. Cut out 24 squares and press into the mini muffin pan molds.
03 - Divide the brie into pieces. Put one in each dough cup. Layer with cranberry sauce, followed by a sprinkle of pecans, and top it off with a bit of fresh rosemary.
04 - Bake for 15 minutes until they turn golden and puffed.
