Fluffy Blueberry Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Grated zest from 1 lemon
02 - 1 cup of fresh blueberries

03 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
04 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
05 - 1/4 cup of sugar
06 - 1/2 cup of flour

07 - 2 cups of cottage cheese
08 - 1 egg

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C and let it heat up. Coat a tart pan or an 8x8-inch baking dish with some grease.
02 - Mix the cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and lemon zest together until the texture looks smooth.
03 - Carefully fold in the flour, salt, and baking soda without overmixing.
04 - Gently stir in the blueberries.
05 - Pour everything into the prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes in the oven.
