Beurre Citron Tilapia (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Four 170g tilapia fillets.
02 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
03 - Half a teaspoon garlic powder for the fish.
04 - A quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
05 - 120g salted butter.
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
07 - Two tablespoons lemon juice.
08 - Half a teaspoon garlic powder for the sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle both sides with black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
02 - Heat oil over medium-high. Cook fillets for 3–4 minutes per side. Keep warm while preparing the sauce.
03 - Melt butter in the same pan on medium-low. Stir in garlic powder and lemon juice. Let it cook for 1–2 minutes.
04 - Pour some sauce onto plates, add the fillets on top, and spoon over a bit more sauce before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a zesty kick, grate some lemon zest into the sauce.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
