Beef Stir-Fry Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 g of Chinese noodles.
02 - 1 medium zucchini.
03 - 1 fresh carrot.
04 - 300 g of beef strips.
05 - 1 red bell pepper.
06 - 100 g of mushrooms.
07 - 2 garlic cloves.
08 - 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
09 - 3 tbsp of soy sauce.
10 - 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
11 - 1 tbsp of sesame oil.
12 - 1 tbsp of rice vinegar.
13 - Fresh cilantro for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the noodles by following the cooking steps on the packaging.
02 - Stir together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
03 - Cook the beef slices on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
04 - Sauté the garlic first, then toss in the veggies and cook for 5-7 minutes.
05 - Mix the noodles, beef, vegetables, and sauce together. Warm it through for 2-3 minutes.
