Cheeseburger Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Stuff

01 - 1 pound of ground beef
02 - 12 small buns for sliders

→ Spices

03 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

→ Sauce & Additions

07 - A quarter-cup of mayonnaise
08 - A tablespoon of ketchup
09 - A teaspoon of yellow mustard
10 - Half a cup of shredded cheddar
11 - A quarter-cup of finely chopped dill pickles
12 - One tablespoon of cooking oil

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Line a sheet with parchment, then slice the buns in half and arrange the bottoms on it.
02 - Blend the beef and spices together. Mold into a dozen patties, about 2 inches each. Sear on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.
03 - Stir together mustard, ketchup, and mayo until smooth.
04 - Spread the sauce on each bun, pile on cheese, add patties, toss in some pickles, then top with the remaining buns.
05 - Pop the tray in the oven for about 8–10 minutes, letting the cheese melt and buns crisp up.
