08 - 125 g (1/2 package) of cream cheese

01 - Using an oven-safe skillet, heat up half the oil over medium heat. Quickly cook each slice of beef for about 30 seconds per side. Place the cooked pieces on a plate when done.
02 - In the same skillet, add the rest of the oil and cook the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
03 - Toss in the bell peppers and green onions. Let everything cook together for 2-3 minutes, then transfer them to the plate with the beef.
04 - Mix the beef broth, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, flour, and steak spices in the skillet. Keep stirring as it cooks for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the sauce turns creamy.
05 - Put the cooked beef and veggies back into the skillet. Give everything a good stir.
