Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up.

In a medium skillet, cook the beef with seasonings. Stir until browned. Drain fat, then let it cool for a bit.

Lightly grease a 10 x 14-inch cookie sheet. Lay out the pizza dough on the sheet.

Combine the raw egg and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix it with the cooled, seasoned beef till it's blended well.

Spread the cheese-and-meat mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Roll the dough up like a cinnamon roll on the sheet.

Brush olive oil on top, then sprinkle grated parmesan over it.

Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Keep going until the top is golden brown.

Let cool slightly for 3 minutes. Cut into 8 diagonal slices and enjoy while warm.
