Beef and cheese stromboli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack of refrigerated pizza dough.
02 - 450g of ground beef.
03 - 1 egg.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan.
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
08 - 1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella.
09 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up.
02 - In a medium skillet, cook the beef with seasonings. Stir until browned. Drain fat, then let it cool for a bit.
03 - Lightly grease a 10 x 14-inch cookie sheet. Lay out the pizza dough on the sheet.
04 - Combine the raw egg and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix it with the cooled, seasoned beef till it's blended well.
05 - Spread the cheese-and-meat mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Roll the dough up like a cinnamon roll on the sheet.
06 - Brush olive oil on top, then sprinkle grated parmesan over it.
07 - Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Keep going until the top is golden brown.
08 - Let cool slightly for 3 minutes. Cut into 8 diagonal slices and enjoy while warm.
