Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g of jumbo raw shrimp.
02 - 2 large eggs.
03 - 1 1/2 cups of Japanese panko crumbs.
04 - 1/2 cup tapioca flour.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce.
09 - 1/2 cup mayo.
10 - 1 teaspoon sriracha.
11 - 230g shredded cabbage mix.
12 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.
13 - 1/4 cup green onions.
14 - Juice of half a lime.
15 - 2 tablespoons mayo for slaw.
16 - 10 flour tortillas.

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the shrimp dry. Set up three bowls: seasoned flour, whisked eggs, and panko crumbs.
02 - Dip the shrimp in flour, then eggs, and lastly coat it in panko.
03 - Cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
04 - Combine mayo, chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
05 - Mix shredded cabbage, cilantro, green onion, lime juice, mayo, and sriracha together.
06 - Coat shrimp in sauce, then fill tortillas with the shrimp and slaw.

# Notes:

01 - To keep your hands clean, use one for wet ingredients and the other for dry.
02 - Feel free to adjust the spice level in the sauce.
