Quick banana jam (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups (500 ml) of mashed ripe bananas
02 - 2 cups (500 ml) of sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Mix all the ingredients together in a pot until smooth.
02 - Heat it up to boiling, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
03 - Pour the jam into Mason jars, leaving about half an inch of space at the top.
04 - Place the jars in boiling water for 10 minutes to help with preservation.
