Chocolate Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Canola oil or coconut oil (1/2 cup).
02 - 1 cup of general-purpose flour.
03 - White wheat flour—1 tablespoon and 2/3 cup.
04 - Cocoa powder that's unsweetened (2/3 cup).
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of soda for baking.
06 - A teaspoon of leavening powder.
07 - Optional: 1 teaspoon of espresso powder.
08 - Half a teaspoon of cinnamon, ground.
09 - Half a teaspoon of kosher-style salt.
10 - 3 medium or large bananas, mashed (about 1 cup).
11 - 2 large eggs, make sure they're room temperature.
12 - 2/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt without fat.
13 - Use 1/2 cup of honey.
14 - Vanilla extract (2 teaspoons, pure).
15 - Dark chocolate chips (1/2 cup, extra for the top).

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the oil and let it cool off. Heat oven to 325°F. Put parchment paper in a 9x5 loaf pan.
02 - Stir together the two flours, baking soda, cocoa, espresso, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
03 - Blend oil, bananas, yogurt, vanilla, eggs, and honey until it all comes together.
04 - Add the wet stuff to the dry stuff just until it's mixed. Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
05 - Pour mix into the pan, sprinkle more chips on top. Bake 50-60 min until the middle hits 195°F or a knife comes out clean.

01 - Swap flours for a gluten-free 1:1 mix.
02 - Keeps for 3 days on the counter.
