Set your oven to 175 °C to preheat.

Grease up a 10 x 20 cm loaf pan, then line it with parchment paper.

Use a fork to mash up the bananas in a bowl. Mix in the melted butter.

Stir in sugar, salt, vanilla, the whisked egg, and baking soda. Mix it all up evenly.

Toss in the flour and stir until it’s all blended together.

Dump the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for about 60-70 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the middle to check if it’s done—it should come out clean.
