Soft Banana Bread (Print Version)

01 - 2-3 very ripe bananas
02 - 85 ml melted butter
03 - 1 egg, whisked
04 - 250 ml of sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 375 ml all-purpose flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - A pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 175 °C to preheat.
02 - Grease up a 10 x 20 cm loaf pan, then line it with parchment paper.
03 - Use a fork to mash up the bananas in a bowl. Mix in the melted butter.
04 - Stir in sugar, salt, vanilla, the whisked egg, and baking soda. Mix it all up evenly.
05 - Toss in the flour and stir until it’s all blended together.
06 - Dump the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for about 60-70 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the middle to check if it’s done—it should come out clean.
07 - Let it cool before taking it out of the pan and digging in.
