Soft banana bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 ripe bananas
02 - 65 ml unsweetened applesauce
03 - 65 ml vegetable oil
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 375 ml whole wheat flour
06 - 5 ml baking soda

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 175°C and let it preheat.
02 - Use a bowl to mash up the bananas until they're smooth and lump-free.
03 - Pour in the applesauce, oil, and eggs with the bananas, then stir everything together well.
04 - Gradually add the flour and baking soda while mixing until you have a smooth batter.
05 - Coat a loaf pan with some grease, and then line it with parchment paper.
06 - Pour the batter into the pan, pop it in the oven, and bake for 45 minutes or until the toothpick test shows it's done.
