# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg.
02 - 1 tablespoon milk.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded.
08 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 2 medium zucchini (about 1.5 pounds).
11 - 1 teaspoon lime juice.
12 - 1 chipotle in adobo, chopped.
13 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise.
14 - 1/4 cup sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F to warm up.
02 - Place parchment paper on your baking tray.
03 - Slice the zucchini into fry-sized pieces.
04 - Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and olive oil with seasoning. Beat egg and milk together in a bowl. Mix garlic powder with flour in another dish.
05 - Dredge zucchini pieces in flour first. Dip them into the egg mixture next, then roll in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
06 - Arrange fries on the tray in a single layer. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes, or until golden and crisp.

# Notes:

01 - They taste best fresh but can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days. Don’t crowd the tray to avoid steaming instead of crisping. Use an air fryer at 375°F for 8-10 minutes for another cooking option.
