Turn oven to 350°F and heat it up. Coat a 9x13 pan with a little oil or butter. Cook pasta so it's firm but not mushy.

Brown the sausage in a pan over medium heat until cooked through. Scoop out the sausage, leaving excess grease behind.

In a large bowl, toss together the pasta, sausage, marinara sauce, half the Romano cheese, and the diced mozzarella.

Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the Romano cheese and the shredded mozzarella over the top.

Cover it and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. Then uncover it, turn the oven up to 375°F, and bake for about 15-20 minutes until it's bubbling.
