Fall Spiced Persimmons (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 Fuyu persimmons, sliced in halves.
02 - 2 1/2 spoons of warm coconut oil.
03 - 2 spoons of sweet honey.
04 - 2 spoons of soft melted butter.
05 - 1 single clove.
06 - 1/8 spoon of ground nutmeg.
07 - 1/4 spoon of fragrant coriander.
08 - 1/8 spoon of cinnamon powder.
09 - 1 spoon of plain water.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350° and let it heat up.
02 - Rinse the persimmons and slice them. Place them in a sturdy iron pan.
03 - Stir together the coconut oil, butter, honey, water, and spices in a bowl.
04 - Drizzle the blended mixture over the persimmons evenly.
05 - Use foil or a lid to cover your pan tightly.
06 - Pop it into the oven and cook for about 35 to 40 minutes.
07 - Let it cool for 10 minutes with the cover removed.

01 - Pairs well with yogurt or ice cream.
02 - Any baking pan will work.
03 - Add some caramel on top if you’d like.
